Well no. It’s only the CORINE Land Cover for Urban fabric and Industrial, commercial and transport units (classes 1.1 and 1.2) over the Po Valley with a 1 km x 1 km resolution. The area corresponds roughly to what is shown in the satellite image below (NASA).
